We are passionate about our Wapiti deer. These quiet, beautiful and majestic animals command a certain mana that makes them a privilege and a pleasure to farm.
We have enjoyed the challenge of learning how best to manage them and improve their performance.
Tikana is a leading New Zealand Wapiti Stud. Our aim is to produce Wapiti Sire Bulls for New Zealand breeders and Wapiti terminal sires for commercial deer farmers. All our deer are objectively selected which provides farmers with confidence in Tikana stock.
